I used oatmeal or scrambled eggs heat, so I can not comment on the seal, but I doubt that there is a nice soup. Protect the hot morning meal for a few hours, between what is in the house in the morning and the food in the workplace. You can also keep food warm longer, have not tried. The quality feels good, and the number of applications to date, and the longevity of the suspects are higher than costs in the long run.
